Here’s what Belgrave Community Garden volunteers had to say about the yarn bomb project:

“Creating a space for people to grow and thrive together. We are a volunteer led community garden, running weekly volunteering sessions every Wednesday. Our aim is to grow seasonal vegetables and flowers at our patch behind Belgrave Library and create a wildflower corridor leading to our sister patch at Belgrave Neighbourhood Centre, increasing the biodiversity in the area. We hope the project inspires the community and the next generation it’s good to grow. “
