Thursday talk @ Adult Education Centre

14th Sep 12-1.30pm Join us for the first in a new series of monthly talks that are FREE to all learners. To start us off we have an engaging talk about the key role textiles played in Leicester’s global reputation. The speaker will bring along 5 objects to illustrate the talk. Please bring along your own textiles-related object to share with the attendees.

Highcross Pop Up Shop

Join us in the Highcross in partnership with The Leicester Textiles Festival for an array of Leicester made lingerie by Millie Victoria Intimates, Streetwear from Klatch Co & Heart Of Hearts. Curated vintage from Jim Jamboree & a £10 pop up from UniqueU Secondhand clothing where you’ll find everything from branded, vintage, to the weird and wonderful.
